Terms of sale

ArknineTCG (Skyler Crandall, American Fork, Utah) sells trading cards, sealed product and supplies through this site and at card shows, and offers card cleaning and restoration as a service.
Prices are in US dollars. Utah sales tax is added at checkout where it applies; the amount is shown before you pay.
An order is confirmed when the payment goes through. You get a receipt by email with an order number; that number is how we talk about the order.
Every card is described and photographed as it is. Condition is the condition shown; a graded card is sold by its grade and certificate number.
If a card sells at a show before an online order for it is packed, the online order is refunded in full and you are told the same day. It does not happen often, but one card can only go to one person.
Payment is taken by Stripe. This site never sees or stores card numbers.

Shop orders ship within the United States by USPS. The shipping choices and their cost are shown at checkout and depend on the weight of the order.
Orders ship within 2 business days of payment. You get an email with tracking when the label is made.
Single cards go in a rigid sleeve and a stiff mailer; slabs and sealed product go in a padded mailer or a box.
For a repair, shipping both ways is part of the amount due: the cost to send the card in and the cost to send it back are quoted on your order before you pay. Wait for the quote and the shipping instructions before mailing anything, and use tracked shipping.
Local pickup at a show is arranged by message; nothing here promises a particular date or place.

Shop orders: if a card arrives not as described, message me within 7 days of delivery with photos and I will make it right, a refund or a replacement, your choice. Return postage for a not-as-described card is on me.
Change of mind: cards are sold as collectibles at a price agreed at the time; a change-of-mind return is accepted within 7 days if the card comes back in the same sleeve and condition, and the original shipping is not refunded.
Sealed product is only returnable unopened.
Repairs are a service, not a product. Results vary and no grading outcome is promised; the repair information page says what can and cannot improve. The evaluation fee is credited toward approved work and is not refunded on its own.
Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe, usually within 5 to 10 business days.

ArknineTCG texts only account holders who turn texts on in their account settings and confirm their mobile number with a code we text to it. No other form on this site signs you up for texts.
The texts are about your own activity: updates on your repairs and orders, a message waiting on your account, and the repair queue opening if you asked to hear. There is no marketing.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to any message to stop; you get one confirmation and no more texts. Reply HELP for help, or email arkninetcg@gmail.com.
You can also turn texts off with the same switch in your account settings. Texting is optional and never required to buy anything or use the site. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
