This policy covers ArknineTCG and arkninetcg.com.
What is kept: your name, email, the address an order ships to, the photos and details you submit with a repair, and messages on an order. It is kept so the order can be fulfilled and found again.
What is not kept: card numbers (Stripe holds them), and nothing about your visit that identifies you. Page views are counted without cookies, IP addresses or browser fingerprints.
Who sees it: me, and the services that run the site (Stripe for payment and tax, Resend for email, Twilio for texts, Supabase for the database, Vercel for hosting, Sentry for error reports). None of them get your data for anything else.
Email: you get emails about your own orders and repairs. There is no marketing list.
Texts: only when you turn them on in your account settings and confirm your number with a code. They are about your own repairs, orders and messages, and the repair queue opening if you asked to hear. Your number and the time you agreed are kept with your account. Twilio delivers them. We do not sell or share your SMS opt-in data or personal information with third parties for marketing purposes. Reply STOP to any text to stop them, or HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply.
